They are all scams. You can achieve the same result by drinking 8 glasses of fluids a day and doing a reasonable amount of exercise. The liver and kidneys detoxify our bodies constantly. Don't beleive all the stuff you hear about flushes and that stuff. Save your money.

You've already been told that these are scams.

I'll go farther -- they can be dangerous. You're putting some mystery snake oil into your body. If they do nothing, you've wasted your time and money, but if they do SOMETHING then no one knows for sure how or why. Worse yet, no one is there to regulate them until there is a trail of dead bodies.

I know that there are people who offer enemas to do the same thing. Gosh, if drinking something is good, how much better will be sticking a glorified hose up your #%^@#!! and turning on the water? Okay, I'm being silly, but you see where this whole thing is going?

They're not scams. Don't knock it 'til you try it!

I haven't tried a colon cleanse, but I do take a Milk Thistle supplement for a liver detox. It works great and is completely safe.
