When you consider the fact that a lot of the superheros today have to absorb their powers from someone else if they wanted any power, you have take into consideration that you might be the only person on the planet with super powers.
So therefore I'd want the ability to create my own powers, so that I could sort of chop and change when I need them. Whether it be flying, invisibility, shape shifting, or the ability to stop time.
Greedy it may be, but fun has no limits!

Enhanced brilliance! With it, I will be able to either obtain or conquer any other super power that I want. If I want to become powerful, obtain x-ray vision, have super speed, solve global problems, e.t.c all I have to do is conduct more experiments. With enhanced brilliance, prolific results are ensured.

Teleportation.
This would be better than flying (its instant)
better than invisibility (just teleport away or to a good hiding spot)
better than strength (the bus is going to fall on you? teleport out of th e way.. dont catch it)
better than supervision - (come on.. teleport whereever you want.. right into that lockerroom)
i mean.. the possibilities are endless..
the only thing that might be cooler is if you could teleport through time as well. kind of a time/space teleport. gee.. like "Hiro" on NBC's show Heroes.

I would want super speed. So I can travel to Hawaii and on my days off explore the world. Take my parents to Mexico and visit their families.

Telekenesis.
and yes, i have more reasons for telekenesis than just getting my homework to school if i forget it.
if I have telekenesis, i can move light around me so i'm invisible.
if i have telekenesis, i can move the particles in the walls for a few moments and walk through it.
if i have telekenesis, i can just move molecules fast to create heat and a flame.
and those are just a few examples.
