1. Restart in Safe Mode (see first set of instructions)
2. Download the following: Ad-Aware Personal SE, SpyHunter, Spybot Search and Destroy and eTrust Pest Patrol, though Ad-Aware Personal SE and Spybot (is available free from www.download.com) should be enough.
3. Scan your computer and remove any infected files.
4. Delete them.

A final solution is to use System Restore, which takes you back to a saved point, before you got infected. In safe mode, go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.

After this, buy a reliable Security Centre, and download some free Anti Viruses from www.download.com that has a good user rating and offers Real Time Protection.

If after completing all steps motioned in previous posts worm returns perhaps its uses rootkit??? You could try Rootkit Revealer and post result on its forum:

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/RootkitRevealer.html

Sadly rootkits are usually very, very bad news and chances are they might be completely not removable.
