ME! My mom taught me to knit and how to do embroidery (like cross-stitch) when I was 5 or 6, and then to use the sewing machine when I was 9. I took a class during the summer to learn how to crochet. I get so much enjoyment out of these hobbies.

I've done some very small quilting projects, but hope to start (and complete) my first "real" quilt within the next six months.

Me! I like to crochet, knit and quilt so much, I retired early and opened my own studio!

It's fun, fun fun. We knit all day, then quilt a while, then crochet some. We're putting out a catalog of designs for the fall and another one for the holidays.

All of the above! I've been bogging myself down with so many projects lately, but it's so much fun!! There's a quilt I've been working on for over a year, I just haven't gotten the backing for it. I'm currently crocheting a loop stitch bath mat and two shower loofas to match. Knitting a purse for myself and just finished one for my sis-in-law, making some pillows for my mother-in-law, making a skirt for a friend, knitting a cable stitch scarf for my husband, and there's also a project my grandmother gave me of a floral crewel embroidery...I have yet to figure that out. But it all keeps me busy. I'm only 21...I feel like an old lady sometimes :-)

I like to crochet but haven't done it in a long time.

A friend from work taught me how to piece and quilt. I have been making quilts for over 10 years. I just finished 3 large quilts for gifts. I took them to a shop to have them quilted. I also ask them to put on the binding. For me, it's worth the expense.

My quilts are well received. I am so glad. My first pieces were poor and shoddy. I have improved a lot over the years! :)

i like to sew, quilt. i have not tried to knitt yet. i am trying to teach myself to crochet but i'm not really sure how to do this yet. i'm in the prosess of making bellydance outfits and it requires me to learn crochet and do a lot of beading. i love to learn all kinds of stuff. i like gardening, making flower arrangements, painting anything from house to painting on cloth, and dancing is the most important to me. decorating and designing is great also.it helps to mix and match colors just as sewing and these other hobbies need to be mixed and matched. i guess i started learning how to do these things because i decorated my own house and didn.t have the money to buy all the stuff i needed.
