It's Village of the Damned. The most recent remake had Christie Alley, Christopher Reeve (pre-accident) and Mark Hamil.

I think it was Village of the Damned. I think Kirstie Alley was in that when she was a lot younger. I think they also did one similar to that called Children of the Corn. In Village of the Damned, I know there was one kid who didn't want to be like the others and finally turned them in. Is that the one you are talking about?
