Yea you better get someone to help you. Not knowing anymore than you gave. I tried reading the Toshiba stuff and you need to get help. You not want to mess this up.

Why are you wanting to flash the BIOS?

With the information you have provided (none), if you don't know much about computers, I wouldn't recommend flashing the BIOS. You can permanently ruin the computer if you do not know what you are doing - even if someone gives you instructions! Take it to a repair shop or contact the manufacturer if you are having problems.

In idiot's terms, if you have to ask that question, you shouldn't do it.

Trying to flash your BIOS and making a mistake can leave your computer totally and permanently hosed. If you don't know what you're doing, pay someone who does.
