It seems parking garages get all the action... who knew? lol!

I got caught in the middle of the street once. It was the middle of a snowstorm and the streets were deserted and the streetlights were out. One guy just had to come out and see how deep it was at just the wrong time. I've gotten away with it everywhere else including the rooftop of a government building, parks, public swimming pool (while it was full of people), school, movie theater... I'm not even into exhibitionism; I just enjoy making my partners happy.

Restaurant. Yes, it was her section, but they didn't mind. It was a very nice restaurant with some conveniently located plants.
Different restaurant, different girls, more discrete. No.
Elevator. No. The key is to try to open the doors between floors and jam the elevator. If you pull the red switch, the alarm goes off.
Greenspace near the sidewalk near the White House. Caught no, noticed yes.
Standing up in the alley between two clubs. I don't think so.
Beach. Yes. By the police, afterwards fortunately, although I saw the lights turn in earlier. It was hilarious when she told the police officer "Do you know who my family is?", except I really couldn't laugh, because I could have been arrested. We were allowed to leave with a warning.

I've done it at the mall, the movie theater, the "family" bathroom, and in my car which was in a parking lot (the middle of the day). Never been caught. :-)

Once on the beach, in a black jeep. I never got caught. And it was exciting to think I would get caught.
