If the kid isnt up to anything why would they care. There are pedators on the net that have tricked otherwise intelligent children into compromising situations, some dangerous.I have a 12 years old sister and she knows what the deal is!The problem is that some children think they are grown and can do as adults do.

If the parent is monitoring the chat, then no problem. It's when the parent isn't monitoring and then starts screaming about their baby's mind being corrupted and demanding legislation that I get annoyed.

The internet is not a babysitter. Neither is the TV. PARENTS have the responsibility to raise their kids, and they need to live up to that responsibility.

No, I'm assuming your asking because its an adult chat room theres not to much they would be able to relat to or be able to deal with and understand. If its a kids one I dont see why not as long as there is monitoring Good Luck!

Yes if the parents are looking over your shoulder. Because at 13 you are not responsible.

You seem a bit, immature to be asking for boyfriends over the internet specially if your looking for sex. I'd just give it time, you never know there might be a lot of gay guys around you. Don't go rushing into anything, you don't want to regret losing your virginity.

i think that is a good idea that a parent is around. The parent can keep an eye out for prediators and keep their child safe.

Well if you said with a parent ard, you can even be just 8. With parents ard, it will be so much safer with them to guide you what's going online with what you should and should not be doing... can be rather fun with parent online.

I THINK THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE PARENTS
IN THE ROOM SO THEY CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON
WITH EVERY THING GOING ON WITH THIS WEB SITE,
IT GOOD TO KNOW WHAT THE CHILD IS DOING AND TALING
TO. MORE PARENTS NEED TO BE MORE AWARE OF WHAT
GOING ON WITHE THERE CHILDREN. GOOD FOR YOUR
PARENTS,
