Aha!!! You like the sweets huh? Hmmm...me too.... How about eating plain graham wheat thins or something. I know they are not as good as real cookies but it might satisfy your cravings.

go to the diabetic section of the grocery store and get some sugar free cookies...they come in all varieties..all store bought cookies have a lot of sugar in them if they are not sugar free...grahmm crackers are lower than most...but they have honey on them a lot of times..which is better than refined sugar for you, but its still sugar...it all ends up the same in your body

Eating before bed is not good for you, sooo if you must LUNA bars are it!!!! They are a "whole nutrition bar for women" (I assume your a woman f/ your pic?!?!)anyways... they come in all different flavors... smores, nuts over chocolate, chocolate pecan pie, lemon zest, ect... they have like 9g sugar, 5g total fat, no cholesterol, 26 carbs, 180cal., 10g protien (that's the pecan pie bar).. anyways drink an entire bottled water with it and it will make you feel fool and satisfied for "junk food', but it is not at all... and they are good!!! I get them at Wal-mart for $0.98 a piece, by the power bars in the health section. You can also get them at drug stores normally for about $1.50 a piece.. Hope this helps you!!

I have a low fat yogurt and 2 graham crackers. It's real good and it's like eating a piece of cream pie with a graham cracker crust. (I do it to hold blood sugar--was introduced to me in hospital)
