What's your idea of a PERFECT day??????

Waking up on a Sunday morning, (t-shirt weather) and travailing through the countryside to a little pub i know and have an ice cold glass of coke, ice and a slice, ordering my favorite meal and sitting in the beer garden with my boyfriend.

Then going home and been naughty for the rest of the day.

(knowing i wouldn't have to go in to work the next day would make this day extra perfect).

My idea of a perfect day is of course to not have to work that day, so it would be a Saturday, sleep in til about 9 am, get up and fix a pot of coffee, sit out on the deck and drink it and read the morning paper, just relax and look at the mountains and trees, watch the birds and drink up some sun. Then go in and take my shower, check the paper and hit yard sales til about noon or 1 pm, then meet a close friend for lunch and really relax and enjoy it, go to a good movie and be back home by about 5 pm, take another shower and clean up redo my makeup and tell my hubby (he would have known since a lot earlier!) we are going out on the town go to a nice candle light dinner and dance until about 11pm, of course he will have given me flowers and told me how beautiful I am, then take a nice drive home over the mountains where we can see the lights from town laughing and talking as we go home, go in and change clothes and get in the hot tub with a nice glass of wine for about an hour then let whatever happens after that happen......and get a wonderful nights rest with the windows open and a gentle breeze coming inside.

I wake up hearing the birds chirping, its a beautiful sunny day, I get to hear my best friend voice: happy and carefree.

I do everything that im suppose to do, work, laundry, school work, family favors,dishes, lol, pay the bills and start some new ones, and have time to kick back and watch a favorite movie with a buddie.

Getting everything done and still have time for me: Priceless

A Day where no matter how hard it was or how much pain and discomfort I might have endured. I walk away having learned important life lesions. And I'm all the wiser for the days to come.

Sleep in late, go for a run in the park, relax at Peet's with a coffee and the newspaper, go home for a hot shower, curl up with a blanket and a good book, sit with my cat, light a fire in the fire place and have dinner with my friends and family, get to bed and actually be able to fall asleep.

a sunny beautiful day...very clear...about 75 degrees...a nice breeze....laying on a blanket under a weeping willow tree, with my boyfiend massaging my shoulders & back....sipping cabernet wine...then to have a picnic lunch, including fried chicken, potato salad, baked beans, and brownies full of pecans for dessert. Next would be to hear a fave band...playing all my fave songs....and then go home and take a nice warm shower...get another massage...with candles burning....and just drift off to sleep.
