I have to do a report on whether men or women have it easier in society and life all together? I would just like to hear different opinions on what people have to say.

Really, it depends on your life style and the expectations of your culture. In some cultures, "A man's work is from sun to sun, but a women's work is never done." My culture, women have it harder. They are on call all of the time. They work for, husband and children. Rarely do they have time to think about themselves. They give so much, yet receive so little.

Men have it a lot easier because that's the way we've set things up. Men get the best jobs, the higher pay, more prestige and power. Men are treated as if we were kings. This is woefully unfair because, aside from bearing children, a woman can do anything a man can do - and a lot of times a woman can do it better.

If this is for homework, your teacher is probably going to give you better marks if you right about how men have it easier.

The reality of the matter is that while men may have it easier on THIS spectrum of life, women have things easier on a DIFFERENT one. Women feel they have it harder in the Dating World, for example, because they feel pressured that they have to look just right for their men or they'll think they look hideous, and to some degree this is true. Meanwhile, the men think THEY have things harder in the Dating World because it's near impossible to determine exactly what will turn a woman on to them, and have to rely on advice and suggestions from every concievable angle which comes up into one large garbled mess, and eventually have to rely on pure stupid luck.

Each side has its ups and downs on every facet of life.

I think men have it easier than women despite whatever country they live in. However, the extent of the unfairness between them may depend on different countries.

honestly, men have it easier in alot of aspects... even though society now has come a long way in equal rights.. its just the way society is set up.. and still... even in working women dont get as much pay even if they do a better job.. hey think about this- it wasnt long ago that (I think it was this) parliament had their first women in there...

Oh and in a physical sense.. women have it harder because of the whole period thing.. and child birth..... heh we are unlucky lol

I think it depends on the person's culture. Like in America, I think both men and women have it easy. In 3rd world countries, the women have it harder.

Women have not only been treated with defference, traditionally, they also have Affirmative Action preferences, legally.
