I am just wondering why guys tend to go for the end so quickly? Don't they enjoy the journey? so why want to get to the destination in such a rush? It's like men are microwaves and women are like crockpots.

Cool analogy!
That's just the way we were made. Many people think that men are like that in order to make sure that our species continues. If they were as crockpottish as we are (haha), the human race might die out!
On the other hand, you shouldn't let yourself be rushed. You're not in charge of making sure the species continues, my crockpot friend. Push the delay switch on that microwave, and let him wait until your crockpot reaches a full boil.
If he won't, move on. Every microwave can show self-control. If yours won't, he's the wrong brand for you.

I'm no 2 minute "microwave oven" brother - never was, never will be, I always please my wife before seeking release and I even try to control release to the point of her begging me for release. A quickie is OK once in a while - but anything less than 60 minutes is uncivilized in my book. Crockpots can cook food for hours, even days, so an erotic weekend is a good scenario where many men can learn not to act like "microwave ovens" and make their "crockpots" bubble over with excitement.

That has got to be the best analogy I've seen. Men want to get to "the good part" right away. The caveman in them wants to go through as many women as possible to spread their DNA so they don't have time to take it slow and enjoy the journey. Actually I don't think they see the journey as part of the experience at all. If you have a man who is willing to keep your pace and wait until you are ready you are very lucky.

Well guys are usually a little more sensitive at the point of entry ! and women are not. It takes women longer because of where their sensitivity spot is located !! It should be lower for more direct contact then it would be mutual. Time wise i think and length of the trip. You could both get to your destination at the same time. Look at the map and see what I'm talking about. Hope you know where to find the map?

'tis true! that's nature. men are like predators and women are like prey. strange, i know. but it works. men love a chase, this is partly due to their nature and partly due to their drive (in other words, part of it is mental and the other half is physical). instead bemoaning this fact, look at it as a benefit. you have something he wants. so lure him in, but at the same time give him tastes of what lies ahead. example: you want a massage. don't say this. instead say something like, "i'll do this if you do this." and play this game for a few minutes. guys will do foreplay and even enjoy it if it's made to look like a game rather than a task. we're very reward and praise oriented creatures. if this doesn't work, playfully tell him what you want but don't come to and make a seriuos issue of it until it really, seriously, truly is!!!!

A man will "take it" "as slow" or "as fast" as a woman allows. The woman is in control, not the man. The woman can "pull back", "tease", and prolong the "journey" for hours. What a trip!

They just don't understand a women's needs, some do, yes and those are the ones a woman should marry. Always marry a man who can hang with your girls and you will be OK.

Well, its opposite for me! I want to take it slow, touch (and be touched) sensually and then come to the main part, whereas my wife wants to get it with ASAP once she is excited enough by the foreplay.
Wonder whether I should be happy or not !!! lol

LOL! I love this analogy! I also heard a comedian say that men are like bottle rockets and women are like diesel engines! I guess you could just call them "goal oriented"!!!

Really - My wife and I always disagree on that subject. I think "it" should take 1-2 hours and she thinks it should take 20-30 minutes.
