Here is my view on being American.
PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION AT ALL COSTS
However a large portion of my fellow Americans believe the constitution should be altered in the name of 'safety'. When it comes to the constitution being violated this way I just can't comprehend it. Why are these people so scared and terrified? If protecting the constitution means my chances of dying in a terror attack are more likely then so be it, but I WILL NOT sacrifice the constitution for any degree of safety no matter what. Some say this makes me a brave American and a true American, yet the conservatives deem me a coward. These are strange times we live in when those who cower in fear call true American's "cowards"..

They have come to the realization that they have voted for a coke snorting, alcoholic, with no morals. If that isn't bad enough he is the man responsible for 655,000 Iraq deaths, 3000 American deaths, many, many more wounded on both sides deformed for life. He is the terrorist and the conservatives are afraid of a terrorist. They fear him more then the fear the loss of our freedoms. eroding our most sacred documents. Hell, I'm scared at the direction we are taking. They are terrified.
