Okay, so I'm helping host a halloween party, and I was going to burn a CD for it. Does anyone know of any cool halloween like songs, or something that would be good to play at the party, maybe some sort like techno or something, I dunno, advice?

Try some classical music, like Ride Of The Valkyries, Night On Bald Mountain, O Fortuna, Hall Of The Mountain King or Canon in D Minor. Nothing is scarier than the classics.
Even better, you can get techno versions of these songs. Enjoy!
