Typically the toilet floor drain is roughed in 13" from the "finished" wall behind the toilet tank to the center of the drain. Most times when a builder roughes-in a tub drain in a basement, they will install a box in the floor which allows some lee-way for the tub drain placement. Drain location in tubs may differ in different tubs. The vent pipe, or breather pipe as you called it, will be inside the wall behind the sink or fixture. You should be able to get a dimensioned sketch of whatever type of tub and fixtures you are buying first and then frame your walls accordingly. Good luck.

For the tub it would be best to buy or measure the tub you want and then do it. I would say about 8" or so on average to the wall and most tubs are about 60" long. I'm imagining a basement situation here. So there should be a hole in the concrete filled with sand or something to give you more room to move the tub. If the sink drain goes vertically, It would be nice to put that inside the wall. The toilet flange I belive is around 16" from the wall to the center of the flange. HOpe this helps.

You can measure the tub from the edge to the center of the drain, and from the front of tub to center of the drain. That will be the minimum measurement. The toilet is 12 inches minimum to the center of the drain.Thats 12 inches off both walls. No less. Good luck

Your main sewer is backing up. Or your septic is full. Call a plumber, he will have a sewer cleaning machine.
