You may have selected "restart" as part of your shut down process. Check to see if that's happened. It will be on a menu as you shut down your computer.

Make sure after you click on the red shut down button, the window pulls up and it needs to say "shut down" on the drop down box. It may be on "restart" that will make it shut down and then start right back up.

are u acidently hitting Restart? that'll shut u off then start u up. Ive done that on accident before.

It MIGHT be an accident (Click wrong) or your computer may have virus infection.
Do a virus scan on your pc or do what answerer 1 said, system restore.
