Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period.

Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating. It is a free and helpful site to join.

Just write down when you start your period (that site above keeps track) and then the next month you start your period count how many days from the 1st day of your last period (ex 28 days) in between each period.

Good luck

first day you see blood, is day one. the last day you see blood count 14 days from that day and geet an ovulation calculator kit and test every day until you find the 2 best days, i would do this for at least 3 months to be as accurate so that you will be able to pin point and know your body better.
