My belly still seems to be very big and its my intire belly (as if a just ate a huge dinner or something), and it doesnt seem to be getting any smaller or closer to normal... its so big, i cant even push it out any bigger or anything... im just really nervous cus its been like this for the last 2 days =[
why is that? what should i do?
please help me, im kinda imbarased, so i dont want anyone to see.. so ive been whereing hoodys, beacuse its noticable! =[

Small Ways to Lose a Big Belly

5. Want to look better naked? Try drinking half as much alcohol. Alcohol contains calories. You may drink like a fish, but booze isn't water. Even a light beer has more than 100 calories. Booze makes you store fat. Your body sees alcohol as a poison, and tries desperately to get rid of it. Your liver stops processing all other calories until it has dealt with the alcohol. So anything else you eat during the time you're drinking is more likely to end up as fat. Alcohol also lowers testosterone. With more abdominal fat, testosterone drops.

FIRST TRY SOME EXTRA FIBER. MINE DOES THAT EVERY DAY, BY NIGHT TIME, SOMETIMES I LOOK LIKE I'M 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. I WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND FOUND OUT IT WAS IBS IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME. NOW I DON'T BLOAT UP LIKE I USE TO, AND I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER, JUST BY TAKING 3 PILLS A DAY CALLED, DICYCLOMINE 10 MG.

water pills. they are inexpensive, and they reduce alot of bloating :)
