I am planning to be there around dec20. What is the prediction for the conditions at that time ?

Supposed to be an El Nino year this year. That means it'll be warm with wet, heavy snow. Make sure you try some of the interior hills if you do go. If this El Nino prediction holds that means BIG powder!!!

Hmmm...some and it'll be white in colour.
You aren't going to get accurate conditions until a week before. All anyone can say is that there will likely be some snow. It's supposed to be a very mild winter, so all bets on what conditions at that time of year normally are...are off.
