Mind goes mad for the good and the charming things. Moving further at quicker pace makes it think the other way., a little while after. Would it be good to slow down or probably stop? Desire is followed by an after- thought.

Mind does not do any work other than thinking. Thinking is its work. May be you intend to ask why the mind thinks faster than we could act. The creation and all the actions of the beings in the universe are the result of the divine "sankalpa" or the divine will. The will always precedes the action. Will or Mind is the design or blueprint and all the actions that follow are according to the design. Hence, be assured that it is characteristic of the mind to think and work faster than the human action.
