His double cd "The Essential Billy Joel" is awesome!! All of my favorites are on there. If I had to pick song or two that I love I'd say "Just The Way You Are" and "Matter Of Trust" (one-two, one-two-tree-four)

I love Billy Joel. Such a great talent. I would love to see him sing with another singer of his range: Bruce Springsteen. Those two together would blow the roof up. (Think about it...)

i'm sorry. i like Billy Joel (in small doses) and that's approximately it. i could quite hammer my finger than hear to Bryan Adams. you're saying you like united states and classic rock so shouldn't your checklist bypass in simple terms like this: Eagles Lynyrd Skynyrd Bob Seger undesirable corporation Willie Nelson Alabama etc and so on? Now, i ought to hearken to all those adult males all day!
