im not sure on pain or money but my mother in law got them reduce bc she had so much back pain and other pain bc they were so big. She was so happy that she had that reduction surgery done. I would say go for it but do your research on the doctor who will perform the surgery. Make sure it is done right.
GOOD LUCK to you.

Gigantomastia (large breasts) is a common ailment of women. Plastic surgery to reduce breast size is available. However, it is not usually covered by insurance. Gigantomastia is more common in women that are overweight because breast tissue is 90% fat. Sometimes losing weight helps to reduce breast size. Frequently, it does not. Some women who suffer from gigantomastia are already thin (think Dolly Parton). In that case surgery is the only option to reduce breast size. As with any surgery, there will be some pain post operatively. You will receive medication to help with the pain. Do not be afraid to take it. You will not get addicted. You will have drains on each side that will help manage the blood that is seeping into the tissue after surgery. Your healthcare team will show you how to empty the drains and take care of them at home. Your doctor will remove the drains at your follow up appointment. Expect to be in the hospital 3-4 days. To find out the cost, you can contact a plastic surgeon that does breast reduction in your area and discuss cost with them. Those who have had breast reduction find that back and shoulder pain is greatly reduced.

I think you should spread them to the needy flat chested girls.

Do you think they are so big that they will or do cause other health issues? Such as a bad back. If so then consider it. If not then why hassel with it? Brest reduction is more intrusive then having implants. They take one of those hot knife things, I dono what they are called, and cut off some of the tissue. I imagine it would be pretty painful for a couple weeks while it heals. Like all plastic surgery you run the risk of having things messed up. Such as botch jobs or having one bigger then the other. Which means you might have to go back again.
So just think about it and weigh the opitions. Only you can know if it's really worth it. If you do decided to do it make sure to research the doctor really well.

I see a lot of people who claim the same thing, yet their breasts are of a normal size. If it is TRULY handicapping you, then by all means get it done. But, if it because you are uncomfortable with it on an emotional level, then the change must come from inside, not out. I've seen girls, who come from very flat families, and somehow have average size chests. They feel that they are deformed. This is an emotional issue, not a medical one, in these cases at least. I'm 5'4 with a double d. In my area this is normal, in my family as well. I'm healthy, and I think very attractive. I went to a neighborhood where the average cup size was much smaller and people even made fun of me (only women of course). I met a girl with barely a C cup, she said she wanted surgery badly. Her breasts caused her no discomfort, she was just tired of being different. In short, make sure it is for the right reasons, do not confuse your appearance and self worth.

Hi, I desired to inform you approximately my enjoy with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years historic and I've spent usually my entire existence wishing I had quite higher breasts. I'm most often a measurement A, I'd like to be a measurement B, primarily whilst I put on specific varieties of low reduce tops. I have a well determine, and I like what I have, however now and again I might like somewhat bit extra. Even if I had the cash, (which I do not since I am a tuition pupil with loans to repay), I might certainly not take into account going underneath the knife simply to head up a million cup measurement. So that is been my challenge. I learned approximately curvybust cream whilst I used to be flipping via (Yahoo Answers). To be sincere with you, I'm now not the form of lady who might take into account spending cash on a cream that guarantees to broaden breast measurement. It simply turns out like an inconceivable factor to assert. But there have been 3 explanations that I determined to head for it: a million) I contacted them by way of their internet site since I had a query approximately the cream being OK for touchy epidermis (which it's, since it's fabricated from usual botanical constituents.) two) I used to be quite inspired via their buyer carrier and willingness to give an explanation for the whole thing to me. three) They provided me a loose 12 day give and not using a duty, (I simply needed to pay the transport expenditures- I wasn't too pleased with that but it surely used to be nonetheless valued at it to get the loose product). Well, it is truthfully running! There is a seen change within the measurement of my breasts! It's most effective been 10 days, and so they say that the real last outcome would possibly not look till approximately the four-6 month period of time, however founded on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there may be obviously a change. My breasts are status out extra, and they're fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am capable to head out with no bra, now I are not able to. And I have a sense that I could have got to truthfully purchase new bras if the development keeps. I'm watching ahead to seeing how the following month is going. There could truthfully be a measurement B in my long term! Woohoo!

Speaking to someone who also has large breasts for her size, I have often thought about a reduction as well. They cost about the same as an enlargement, between $3500 and $6000 depending on your plastic surgeon.
Do your homework! Ask for references from someone who's seen a plastic surgeon. Many will give you a free consultation and explain the procedure.
There are just as many risks involved with a reduction as there are with an enlargement. If it truly pains you and you are in great discomfort, by all means do it, just be careful!

It is painful, but it may give you a better body image especially if they are improportionate to your body and you may even look thinner.
You should just do research, and call some doctors in your area about costs and the procedure.
They will usually offer free consultations to discuss what happens and the pain afterwards.
Good luck
