this infuriates me too. whats even worse is when you go to pass these morons on the right, and they speed up and block you from passing them, only to slow down again. i have to confess that the last time this happened, i had to move over 2 lanes to the right to move back in front of him. i then proceeded to slam on my brakes and then floored it so he wouldnt rear end me. made him drop his coffee and donut. it was beautiful.
