there is no weapon,no blood,no pictures of the wound and also the victems left the area of th crime to go later to someone elses house and start a fight there then call the the police and tell them they where attacked somewhere else

Making an arrest and laying charges can be done on a statement. Of course getting a conviction in court is another matter. That would require evidence and testimony before there is an conviction.

Can they, yes alot of times people can be convicted on less than enough evidence if a jury beleives it and the judge allows it.

Depends on all the facts, but yes, you can convict someone on witness statements only.

yes, you can and will be convicted unless you have a damn good mouth piece and money to hire investigators, etc, one witness is more than sufficient, most of the time only a complaint filed against you . and if you have a record period, kiss your *** good bye
