make sure the wall plug you are using is working (seems obvious i know) remove the battery and wipe off the contacts with a paper towel - install the battery and try to charge it - the transformer could also be bad - borrow a friends charger and or battery if you can before you buy new stuff.
good luck

Could be a few things.
A. check and be sure your battery is lodged in properly ( make sure it is seated in it's cradle securely )
B. you may need a new battery, your could be burnt out.
C. there could be a short in your charger, in which case you would need a new one.
D. your elecrical outlet could be fried. plug something else in there and see if it works. ( I have had one burn out on me before...only with a microwave! )
And by the way, if it wouldn't charge before it died...it sounds like the charger is the issue.
Contact your carrier and tell them of the issue and they will advise you on what it prob is and they can get you a new whatever you need, for a fee thoough.

Did it get wet or possibly the battery? I was having the same issue and I bought a new battery -the guy at the store told me it had gotten some moisture on it. Anyway the new battery did the trick and it works again.

Probably there is a problem on either your phone and/or charger. Better go and repair it.
