Information about U.S. policy on terrorism?

This is a group project, and my group chose this topic to present to the class.

How do I find the reliable website or source about U.S. policy on terrorism? I had tried searching the internet, and I wasn't very sure where to begin with.

Start with a search of the Dept. of Homeland Security and the White House web site. This topic is much under discussion at present and there should be lots of informaion about current policy.
