How can one safely answer without risk losing your identity, to reply to a possible win.

dude, you have to send me the email. dexter_reese@gmail.com The other guy was right, it is a scam. And I happen to be a scam-baiter. Basically what I do is use fake email addresses (like the one above) and waste the time of these scammers as much as possible so they don't actually scam an innocent person.

Do not answer, do not send them any money. its fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't sign up for a lottery, you can't possibly win!!!!!!
