Ca=1 O=5 H=3 N=1
Ca=1 O=7 H=2 N=2
this is the atom count as the equation starts out

here is the solution

Ca(OH)2 + 2HNO3 = Ca(NO3)2 + 2H2O

and the final count is

Ca=1 H=4 N=2 O=8
Ca=1 H=4 N=2 O=8
and they equal out !
