A person who cock blocks.
It's a title used to describe one whom blocks the pursuit of a person of the opposite sex by interjecting themselves.
Example:
Ever go to talk to a girl and the same person keeps creeping up to take her attention away.
Well that person is intentionally creating a less than advantageous situation between you and the female your interested in.
The cockblocker works against everyone.

Usually when a guy (or one of his friends) does something that will hinder his chances of getting laid. Like you saying something dumb, or having your drunk friend puke all over the place as you're hitting on the girl.
Girls can "cockblock" themselves, too, if they try. Usually it's when they talk too much, and the guy just gets sick of them.

A person that prevents another person from gettin sex from a certain individual. i.e. John has a crush on this girl named Jane and wants to **** her brains out. Jane doesnt like John like that because she likes his best friend Jack. John finds out about that and tells Jane that Jack has HIV. Now John pretty much secured John from not gettin the pussy.

Let's say you are with someone and there is a situation or something going on and that person you are with is trying to benefit from/off of that situation then you interject and cause that person not to benefit, then you would be CB-ing, lol.
