How do I make a tail for the cat? I can't find any nowhere.

if you can sew then you can make the tail. Just take a piece of material as long as you want you tail. sew the edges down the long way and off one end. Then invert the material. Stuff with some cotton or something and insert a piece of wire to hold stiff.
The hula one, You can take long thin leaves and tie them up to make a skirt, it the local store has coconuts just cut in half clean it out drill some holes and attach some string to make like a bathing suit. Good luck Happy halloween

Do you have a sewing machine? If so, you can make a tail by cutting a long piece of furry material. Then sew the long sides together on the wrong (under/flat) side of the material. After that, sew up one end of the tail and then turn it inside out. If you want you can stuff the tail with cotton or other filling. You can even use a wire coat hanger (after you straighten it out) to put a curl and/or kink in the tail. You can also do this by hand if you don't have a sewing machine. On the hula thing, I don't think I am qualified to help you there. Maybe someone with more experience could answer that. Sorry. Good luck.

Well for a cat tail you could use a belt and hook another belt around it at the back, or you could try and shape a wire coat hanger. Then get some fuzzy material and some fabric glue and glue the material around it.
For a Hula girl use green garbage bags or some kinda fabric and cut into strips not quite all the way and wrap around your waist. wear a bikini with it or cut a coconut in half and make a bra. String some flowers in a circle to wear on your head.

take wire bend it in half and bend it to the shape u want...you can always bend it back later. Then take fabric and put glue stick on it then wrap it around the wire you have a cat's tail in no time...for the hula girl u can always find cheap grass skirts and then all u need to do is cut a coconut in half and connect it together with string.

The hula dancer would be much easier. Go to a party store they sell lai's and grass skirts cheap. Or just wear your bikini and tie a sarong around your waist. Wear a ring of flowers in your hair.
