The more the better. Two litres at least. It depends on the size of ther person if you want to know a precise answer, but you can never drink too much water.

To keep it at a healthy level, one should drink atleast 8-8 ounce glasses a day. Rule of thumb is to drink enough to keep your urine clear with no color in it.
Start your day out by filling up an empty 2 liter bottle with water and make that your goal at days end.
Your caloric intake does not calculate into this as water is sugar/salt free.
Another side benefit of good hydration is lack of constipation.

8+ Glasses, get that much and if you want more get it, It is good for you and will add no calories. Just dont over do it, nothing like a case of bottle water.

It different for evry person but to tell you the truth 2 pounds a month is concidered really good for anyone and thats with no change in body fat. Supplements also change the outcome and your obviously going to get more musle mass if bulking. The best way tyo get your answers is to just try it dude.

Drink as much as you want. When you are thirsty drink water instead of sweetened beverages. You shouldn't have to force feed yourself or go thirsty. Listen to your body, it knows.
