The most important thing, when you go in the room that has the testers, wash your hands! Position the call light within reach, Always knock on the door before entering the patients room, and announce your name to them. Be polite and corteous to the patient. When you are done with one task wash your hands again and start on the next task :) Good luck

its stressful, written part then clinical. the thing that almost made me fail was i forgot to wash my hands. but the testers werent paying atention. they asked me if i did and one of the fake patients they hired told them i had, then she winked at me. wash your hands
