I would respond to the post two above this. The whole if your face isn't in the picture you aren't responsible is BS. They probably have a picture of your license plate which identifies this vehicle as being registered to you. This means it is your responsibility to ensure that it is operated in accordance with state laws. The fact that your face is not in the picture is irrelevant.

I don't really know of any way you can fight this one. The RADAR or LIDAR guns used by law enforcement are very accurate (within one or two MPH). You may not have a way to fight this one.

im not a lawyer, but ive heard if your face is not in the picture you can fight it because if they cant prove you were driving they cant give you a ticket, since its illegal to speed but it is not illegal to be the titleholder of a car that was speeding. but like i said this is just something ive heard i dont know if it actually works verify that with an attorney or somebody who knows legal stuff
