this is a mystery I have lived with all my life. It is quite common. It is NOT psychological in origin. The problem derives from the basic weakness of the erection - that is to say: the penis became erect to start but simply does not last long enough for pleasure. If a man has a proper erection & virility - he will not only get erect - but persist in his erection for quite some time. I have the same problem even in masturbation. My valves which hold the blood within the corpus cavernosum are weak and let the blood drain too quickly out of the penis. It is so disappointing to see a good hardon & then lose it.
Suggest you buy Ayurvedic Indian drugs for erection. (do google search) these will help strengthen your lingam (penis). chinese drugs are also effective. Some men have supererections and hardly go flaccid, even when drunk or asleep. I've witnessed it. These men are ideal husbands for women. Sorry I'm not one of them.

It's probably that you might suffer some illness that affect your nerves that control the erection. Or you might be too excited to go in and this will affect the erection. If your age is 40+, it could be due to your age and this is normal for all those in middle age. However, it might not be full ED but i should say it can be developed into ED if not treated. You may try to see acupunturist for treatment. My advise is : maintain the healthy life style (keep off the stress-stress is not good for sex, do regular exercise-like walking jogging or some yoga, eat more nutricient food-try to avoid fast food, drink and smoking, and last but not least, have sex regularly-twice a week is quite ok to keep your system in working condition, otherwise it might be rusty and malfuction). Don't try those little blue pill. Natural cure is better for this type of situation although it takes longer to see the effect.

If you want to change your life around A large columnist that has since passed on suggested this. She claims it works and has done it on numerous times. I have tried it with my spouse and it works so well. Get a couple of porno movies and both take a shower, in fact take a shower together. Then pull the phone plug and grease the door handle from the kids if any, Start the movie and follow it, do what they do. Use foreplay all the way. Use your tongue, your mouth, use the fingers and the body. I can get my spouse dripping by now and starting to climb the walls. We can orgasm several times. I can make her actually squirt all over the place.

It is all psychological. Stop trying so hard (that's actually a funny statement, considering...). Breathe deeply and slowly and let her handle it for you. Just concentrate on how good that feels, instead of what you are planning to do with it. Or, maybe it's a sign from God telling you that you better put on a condom, before you put it in (always a good idea).

You are thinking too much. the blood all goes to your head. It is called performance anxiety. Try taking more time, more foreplay, The initial surge will go away and you will last longer too. You may need to use a lubricant like KY jelly. It is stainless and water soluble. It will help it go in. then relax and enjoy.

you are stressing too much about performance issues. Try to use a lot more foreplay and then take it slow and easy. Remember you are trygin to use yrou penis to pleasure her to maximum effect and it takes a lot of practice and instruction from her to achieve total mutual satisfaction.

You make love with your other noodle (your brain). Try not to worry about it, that's the biggest damper right there.
