Fallopian tubes just carry the egg to the uterus. In fact, the fallopian tube is often the place where egg and sperm unite. If you don't have fallopian tubes then the egg can't travel to the uterus and the sperm can't meet the egg there. A pregnancy would require In Vetro Fertilization (IVF). What do you mean by a little tube? If you mean skinny tube, then that is bad. A narrow tube would be more likely to cause an ectopic pregnancy where the baby gets stuck in the tube and tries to grow there instead of the uterus. If you mean short tube then it may be possible. As long as the egg reaches the opening of the tube, then your good to go. If your tube is narrow or if you don't have one at all, then the chances of natural conception are slim. You CAN ovulate without fallopian tubes! You don't require fallopian tubes to ovulate, because ovulation is a hormone based process, which your fallopian tubes have no control over.

if you have no fallopian tubes then yes you can still ovulate. However its very unlikely that you will get pregnant. If you do become pregnant then its likely to be eptopic and very dangerous for you. On the other hand if you are trying to get pregnant and recently found out you do not have any tubes then likely you can go through IVF to become pregnant.

You ovulate because you have your ovaries. You just have no were for the eggs to go while you are ovulating. They are just dissolved back into your body. I doubt very much that even with a little tube you could get pregnant. But I would see a specialist. They are always making new strides in helping women to conceive.
