I like this guy but I don`t know how to talk to him

b/c you didn't give more info it is hard to tell you how to go about things. Regardless, Try being yourself, guys can smell when a girl is dying to be with them, and can use that to "use" you, having you think that he really likes you, so in saying this do not try not to wear revealing clothing. Guys also like confident girls but not loud and conceited girls. Try dressing up a little but more on the classy side. Try wearing some nice, sweet smelling perfume and if you happen to pass by you he will def. look.

Look at him a little and if he looks back, greet him and ask how he is. If he doesn't answer, maybe he's not worth the stuff you flush down the toilet, move on.
