he keeps staring at me and sometimes our eyes meet. i like him but i dont know if he likes me back. and if he does how come he hasnt asked me out yet?

I don't know whether he likes you but his attention is drawn to you. About why he hasn't asked you out, maybe he doesn't know whether you like him. Why haven't you asked him out?

I'm a 23 year old guy. I can't promise you anything, but if you're making eye contact like you say, more than likely he likes you. Some guys have a more difficult time than others taking that step to ask you out. Try introducing yourself to him and breaking the ice, you may be suprised what happens. If your gut says he likes you too, then you're probably right. Your gut is right most the time, at least mine has been.

Mate he's probably nervous that you will say no. I have this at the mo, really like this girl at work, we get on great, have a laugh but am afraid to ask in case its a no and it goes a bit weird.Try dropping some signals but dont make it too complicated because if he's anything like me he wont get them! I was like that with a girl. I still think about her. I was too nervous to talk, so I pay for it now. If he doesn't talk to you, talk to him. Otherwise, you'll wonder what might have happened and he might end up like me, still thinking about that special girl that stared back when I stared.

Staring won't always mean he likes you. He probably isn't sure. Start talking to him and open him up.
