Yes it can, I am assuming that you are talking about the Engine Oil Cooler) If you buy a new radiator this is the only way they sell them. I had an Astro van. Look it up at Auto Zone, it is the same # with or without an EOC

Sure, just install it like a radiator but no hook uo for eoc.

not sure what eoc is?? but i know youu can use any rad from the s-10 series trucks also
