Any travel, especially one overseas, should be discussed and cleared with your Dr. If you have had no complications, follow the advice on moving furing the flight, drinking plenty of fluids and are not traveling to an area that is dangerous or planning to do things such as rock climbing, scuba diving, etc, you should be fine. But again..the best person to talk to is your own OB.

No. Even long car rides are discouraged. Why risk it.
