Try Motrin. That usually worked for me. Or you can go on the birth control pill which tends to lessen the overall PMS symptoms.

do not take your husbands meds thats a bad idea it was prescribed specifically for him and him only.try taking some extra strength midol and put a heating pad on your abdomen

yes a muscle relaxor should help. be careful though, they can knock you out! also try a warm bath, midol & heating pad or moving around also helps! the busier you are, the more your muscles loosen up to help with the cramps

My Dr. gave me Celebrex and it works great, But if your Dr. wont give it to you. Take alive it works for me as well. Also for ur back get like muscle cream it works too.

"Aleve" works the best for me. If not, try moltrin in the orange bottle.
