spotting and meds?

I have recently been on a lot of meds for a bladder infection, strep infection and a yeast infection. my period was 2 days late and it was only 2 days of spotting (very light to the point i didn't know it was there unless i wiped) and it stopped. could this be caused by the meds or could i be... gulp... pregnant?

When in doubt, get a home test and find out. With all the meds you have been on, it is best to be safe.
