we are married 19 yrs and i always thought i could trust her, but she tells me about guys stopping and seeing her at work, she knows i get freaked and tells me she hates me and i'm ugly just to hurt me

this supposed affair happened before our kids 7yrs ago,but i found out she told friends i moved out when i was working long overnite hours even before that , friend think she is trying 2 piss me off others think she may or may not have done these things

If your marriage is unhappy, you should get counseling, if its too late for that, you need to say goodbye to the 19 years. The only marriage that should be salvaged is a marriage worth saving. If your wife made a mistake and regrets it then you can work on it. If you wife is a repeat cheater and she is emotionally abusive then it's time to go.

19 years is a long time, but she's being downright abusive to you. She is purposely trying to upset you by saying things about men coming to see her, and calling you ugly. It sounds like she has cheated you - but regardless, when do you say enough is enough? You're worth more than the life you are leading - the sooner you get out the better off you'll be. It will hurt, but it will pass - and in time, you'll say "why didn't I do this sooner!"

Why are you with someone who calls you names, says she hates you, and cheats on you? What are you getting out of this relationship? You cannot be used if you do not allow it...she cannot hurt you, unless you allow it...
Why not put a stop to it? Move on...this life is too short to put up with that nonsense...you'd be better off single, than dealing with that foolishness...

Do you have reasons for your wife to hate you? if not, why does she hate you? becos u don't pay much attention to her or work to hard or... If you have been a good husband and father why does she hate you and said you're ugly. If she think you're ugly then why does she married u? Talk to her, ask her why she cheat and does she regret. why she say hate you etc..If there is no good reason for calling you names & her hatred then u should stop and think about your relationship.

I would approach her and ask her. If she confesses then I would probably say, can I watch the next time.
I have always had that fantasy.
Honestly I think she wants your attention.
