TV Guide says they're getting married? Doesn't Lorelai really love Luke? Is Christopher the love of her life? Why would she marry him???

i agree with ya'll that loreli should be with luke. doesn't she realize he's the best for her? christopher and she can share the love for their daughter but that is it.. in my opinion anyway. with luke she seems more relaxed and freer. she should leave christopher with sherry when they take gigi to visit.

I dont think Christopher is the love of her life. It seems like it is easier for Lorelai to go back to him when she is needing someone to comfort her rather than for an actual relationship. I want her and Luke to get back together and get married. They are a lot cuter.

omg i think im going to spit up , they cannot possibly think that christopher and lorelai are going to work that is just nonsense. I think gilmore girls is going to hell. I mean they need to reconsider this one. all I can say is that I hope luke busts in on it and tells her that he still loves her and not to marry Christopher now would 'nt that be a great story line . If they do marry lorelai and christopher i will never watch gilmore girls again. Good luck and god bless.

I can't imagine Lorelai would ever forgive Luke.
I also don't ever see her marrying Christopher.
I think the wedding that is being predicted will be Rory's!

It just isn't working for me. They are comfortable old friends, and enjoy their familiarity but not really passionate. Luke and Lorelei definately belong together.

she wont marry him their just using their relationship to make the show more interesting with conflicts like friends the joey and rachel thing was just to mix things up a bit but at the end we all know how it ends...
