Short here meaning around chin length hair or shorter.
I'm thinking if longer hair is always better for comics.
And say from what title too if possible.

Er, Saya and Kiyoko from Black Cat has really short hair, though they're more sweet/cute than 'sexy'.
Rinslet from the same series has shoulder-length hair, though her hair was shorter later in the story.
Same goes for Sakura from Naruto if you classify her as "hot" >_>; . Anko and Temari's hair were also quite short.
And the blue-haired girl from Ai Yori Aoshi.
