Sounds like spyware problems to me. Webroot Spysweeper is probably the best program out there to get rid of spyware but it's not free.

If you're using Windows XP, you can use Windows Defender which does a pretty good job of cleaning PCs of spyware for free. Otherwise I recommend using Spyware Terminator.

Don't use Adaware or Spybot. They lack many things that Spyware Terminator or Windows Defender has.

This message is a scam! You are infected with malicious software commonly called spyware.

You should start by cleaning your computer for free on http://housecall.trendmicro.com

Then install Microsoft Windows Defender from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=435bfce7-da2b-4a6a-afa4-f7f14e605a0d&displaylang=en&Hash=4PMQ6Y7

Hi
I really suggest that you get a good anti-virus program that includes a pop up blocker or set your internet explorer/ netscape navigator to do it for you. Good Luck!
