Doing this:
"say.. online..
you go on a differnt SN... say some stuff to a friend.
but dont tell the friend.
then look at him/her at school and repeat. for like a month. or untill he/she blocks you"
Isn't illegal. It isn't nice to do to a friend....but it isn't outside the law.

I don't believe that has anything to do with being legal or illegal, its just a matter of ethics. Its always sort of deceitful to toy with a person emotions. Not telling the whole story, or playing games is childish. Honestly is the best answer.

It makes them an asshole and not to be trusted. That's ethics - I don't know what's legal or illegal about being an asshole - I guess it depends on what level - intelligence copyrights come to mind.

It depends on what the trick was. It is not the best thing to do, karma will get you in the end.

The only thing I've heard of is that it's illegal to have subliminal messages in things without telling people they are in there.
