I'm looking to get a new cell phone, but I don't want to renew my contract because that was just done a few months ago. I don't want to spend a fortune on it either. I want to get a Samsung t629. Does anyone know of any good websites that have cheap phones without service plans attached to them?

hmm... if you are willing to go to another country, you can buy a cell phone there for even cheaper prices. THat's what i did on vacation. I got phones that are half the retail price in devoloped nations. PLUS they are spanking brand new too so you don't get second hand quality. I got my v3 razor somewhere esle and i saved a lot of money.

If you don't want to travel... it's best that you follow what the others have said. IF you do travel a lot, then get a new phone somewhere else. i saved 100 dollars plus on premium brands.

Do what your instinct tells you but these are some options.
