For practice you could first remove your appendix at home, and if you survive that, maybe do your tonsils next. If you're not out of the gene pool by then, it's time to go ahead with the home vascetomy. But all the weeks you'll spend in intensive care will cost a lot more than just going to a surgeon to begin with.

It never hurts to sudy something before you do it. I studied vasectomies quite well before I went to get one. I guess it is theoretically possible to do it yourself. People remove their own in-grown toenails all the time. I kind of doubt anyone has ever performed thier own vasectomy. You are talking about doing surgery in an awkward position (sitting up). I didn’t have health insurance, so I got mine done at a non-profit clinic. It only cost $250. That was back in 1989. I think it only costs about $600 today. That would be a lot less risky.

No, there isn't without causing a lot of pain and probably screwing something else up down there. Go to the doctor

Practicing medicine and doing surgery without a license is illegal. Not only that, wouldn't you be concerned about screwing it up, making a too large incision, bacterial infection, pain and death. HELL-O! Go to a doctor or wear condoms until you can afford one.
