Snoring affects sleep quality. Air intake is reduced thus limiting oxygen intake which in turn can lead to daytime sleepiness, strained immune system, memory problems and angry wives.

YES
I snore so loudly my husband tried to get me my own zip code.
He sleeps in another room far away from mine.
He says he can still hear me.
So now I wait til he's gone to work to sleep.
