It's not just the Scots! There are aresholes all over the place and some nice ones too.

My experience, from living in Scotland and taking holidays there, the Scots are the most friendly and nicest people in the UK or anywhere else in the world for that matter. They will go out of their way to help someone and that is far more than the Brits will do.
The people here in the US who are of Scottish descent are also some of the best people I have ever met. Again, they are friendly and will help anyone.
Get the book "How the Scots Invented the Modern World" and read it cover to cover and you will see what a contribution the Scots have made to the entire world.
P.S. If you want to find real arseholes go to the Yorkshire Dales in England.

Watching the TV, I find that there are more english a**eholes than scottish.
Especially it seems from manchester, birmingham and the like.

i get embarrassed myself although still proud to be scottish
sectarian football must take some responsibility
as well as poor diet
& too many hormones
